  2. Transportation Network.  Several major highways transect the municipality and more specifically The Interchange site itself.  The shopping centre is visible from Highway 400, Highway 407 and Highway 7. 
     

  3. Lower Taxes.  Vaughan has the lowest commercial and industrial taxes in the Toronto area.
     

  4. Competitive Costs.  Vaughan has made a substantial investment in the infrastructure to help businesses reduce operating expenses, such as utility costs.
